Biography

 

Jennie Afman Dimkoff is the president of Storyline Ministries, Inc., and is the author of the Baker/Revell Night Whispers book series entitled Night Whispers: Bedtime Bible Stories for Women, and More Night Whispers.  Newer releases include:  Passionate Faith, Ancient Truth for Contemporary Women, and Unexpected Grace.  A gifted storyteller, Jennie has stories published by numerous other publishers including, NAVPress, Zondervan, Honor Books and others.  She is also the storyteller for the children's CD series, Kids' Time!

A speaker/trainer with Speak Up With Confidence Seminars, Jennie trains participants in the areas of storytelling, preparing their own personal life-story, goal planning and techniques for teaching about Bible characters.

She serves on the Board of Trustees for Cornerstone University and the Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of RBC Ministries, and serves as a board member for Speak Up For Hope, and  as an advisory board member for the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association (AWSA, a national writer's organization). Jennie is also a member of the Network of Biblical Storytellers.

Jennie is married to her best friend, Probate Court Judge, Graydon Dimkoff, and they reside in Fremont, Michigan. They are  "empty-nesters" with their daughter, Amber, currently pursuing her MBA in Business Administration at Indiana University, and their son, Josh, serving as an attorney in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in Georgia.
